Back Panel Adhesives

Alpha Systems, Inc. has formulated two different, technologically advanced Back Panel Adhesives for the Home Builders. Both are available in cartridge form and are "non-sag" for vertical applications.

PEMCO Adhesive 3100

PEMCO water based adhesive 3100 was developed specifically for adhering wood to Gypsum with outstanding performance. PEMCO 3100 was developed with non-sagging characteristics enabling it to be applied in vertical situations. PEMCO 3100 also exhibits extremely fast cure times resulting in superior bond strength.

PEMCO 3100 is supplied in 30 oz tubes and may be applied with caulking guns.

PEMCO ADHESIVE P5101 NON-SAG

PEMCO adhesive 5101 Non-Sag is a 100% solids (zero V.O.C.), one component, moisture cure, polyurethane adhesive developed and manufactured by Alpha Systems. Since 5101 Non-Sag is supplied in 10.5 oz. tubes, vertical application is possible at any location in the plant. While curing, 5101 Non-Sag expands through creating unmatched gap-filling properties not found in other adhesives.
