Alpha Systems Sealants are formulated to perform dependably through extremes in weather. These compounds provide excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates including aluminum, EPDM rubber and TPO membranes. They resist low temperatures, and the cured sealant can be painted on.

Lap Sealant

Alpha Systems Lap Sealant produces a watertight seal around roof edges, air vents, and screw heads. Lap Sealant is compatible with a wide range of materials including aluminum, galvanized steel, fiberglass, and painted metals. It also provides excellent adhesion to EPDM and TPO roofing, and can be color matched to the roofing.

The Lap Sealant is available in a self-leveling or non-sag formula - the ability to continuously seal while remaining flexible. Alpha Systems Lap Sealant is available in tubes, five-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.
